Search AHoJ-DB by sequence similarity against the unique UniProt sequences it references.

try: P12345 Aspartate aminotransferase Query UniProt isn't itself in AHoJ-DB - surfaces close homologs (P05202, P00505, P00508). · P00698 Lysozyme C - many UBS A well-sampled UniProt with many AHoJ-DB entries and binding sites. Shows the count-summary pill (H×N A×M) and the scrollable per-UBS chip strip. · P61626 Lysozyme C (paralog) - mixed Whole-chain AF model is "mixed". The Per UBS column reveals the apo/holo breakdown across the cluster set. · FASTA Search by raw sequence Loads a real lysozyme sequence into FASTA mode. MMseqs2 finds the same matches as querying by accession.
